We'll work together to create a meal prep routine that fits your real life—right where you are.
That means talking through food preferences, allergies, nutrition goals, and anything else that shapes the way you eat. Whether you choose from my curated (and always evolving) menu, bring in your family’s favorite recipes, or combine the two, the goal is the same: to make these sessions a supportive, grounding part of your week.

Sessions typically last 3 to 4 hours and include the preparation of four meals—or key components—ready for easy assembly or reheating when you need them.

  • Skip the stress of the store—I’ll handle it for you. Your budget, preferences, and ingredient needs are always taken into account.

  • Need more flexibility? Add an extra session to better align with your weekly schedule. Splitting meal prep across two days allows ingredients to stay fresher and lets meals be prepared and served on the same day—perfect for lunches or dinners that need to be ready-to-go. An additional day includes one more menu selection.

  • Do you have a tiny eater? Nutrient-rich, baby-sized meals that are perfectly portioned and easy to serve. Designed for convenience—ideal for quick bites at home or packed for daycare. Included are three meals portioned into (6) 4oz containers.

  • A well-organized pantry makes cooking easier, faster, and more nourishing. In this one-time service, I’ll help you reset your pantry to be ingredient-focused, labeled, and efficient—stocked with items like whole grains, legumes, baking staples, and supplements, all easy to see and ready to use. No more digging or second-guessing.
